For the away kit we really wanted to focus on our supporters and the passion we all share.
Because of that we decided to photograph the away kit together with our supporters in the famous Dick Turpin pub who has hosted our black and yellow fans for over a decade.
When Fritz Carlsson-Carling designed AIK's club logo, he integrated the old city wall (Stockholms Stadsmur) to mark AIK as the real Stockholm club. The 2024 match kit draws strength and inspiration from the wall, as a symbol of the capital but also as a reminder of the important role we all play in Allmänna Idrottsklubben.
With a pattern created from the wall, there have been custom-made cuffs in black and yellow that adorn the sleeves. The pattern is throughout the details and can be found on the front of the shirt in Nike's swoosh, which is filled with the pattern and made of molded silicone. Even our main partner Truecaller's logo - which adorns the chest - is filled with the pattern. The club badge is created in a high-tech molded silicone. Designed and created by Norrthon.
In the neck is a tribute to one of our greatest legends, Kurt Hamrin who passed away in February 2024. Designed and created by William Hult.
